QuantaStream es un servicio de escritorio remoto y terminal seguro. Al crear una cuenta o usar el servicio, aceptas estos términos. Léelos: describen qué puedes hacer, qué no, y los límites de responsabilidad.
QuantaStream te permite conectarte y controlar equipos propios o de terceros que te autoricen, ver su pantalla y abrir terminales, desde un navegador o nuestras apps. Las sesiones viajan cifradas de extremo a extremo: nuestro relé solo transporta datos cifrados y no puede ver el contenido de tu pantalla, tus pulsaciones ni tus terminales.
Solo puedes conectarte a equipos que te pertenezcan o para los que tengas autorización explícita del dueño. En las sesiones de soporte, la persona que recibe la conexión siempre debe aceptarla en su equipo. Está prohibido usar QuantaStream para:
Podemos suspender cuentas que violen estas reglas, sin previo aviso si es necesario para proteger a otros usuarios o la red.
Cómo tratamos tus datos se describe en nuestra Política de privacidad. Lo esencial: el contenido de tus sesiones está cifrado y no lo vemos.
Nos esforzamos por mantener el servicio disponible, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento o causas fuera de nuestro control. Podemos modificar o descontinuar funciones. Si un cambio es importante, intentaremos avisarte.
Si contratas un plan de pago, se aplican el precio y el ciclo indicados al momento de la compra. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras; el acceso continúa hasta el final del periodo pagado. Salvo que la ley exija lo contrario, los pagos no son reembolsables por periodos ya iniciados.
El servicio se ofrece "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no damos garantías de que sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores. Eres responsable de tener respaldos de tus sistemas.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, QuantaStream y su operador no serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o pérdida de datos derivados del uso del servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que hayas pagado en los últimos 12 meses.
Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde los ajustes. Podemos cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos. Al terminar, tus equipos dejan de estar accesibles y tus credenciales cifradas se eliminan.
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del país donde está establecido el operador del servicio. Cualquier disputa se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes de esa jurisdicción.

QuantaStream is a secure remote-desktop and terminal service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. They describe what you can and can't do, and the limits of liability.
QuantaStream lets you connect to and control your own machines — or third-party machines that authorize you — view their screen and open terminals, from a browser or our apps. Sessions travel end-to-end encrypted: our relay only carries encrypted data and cannot see your screen, your keystrokes, or your terminals.
You may only connect to machines you own or for which you have the owner's explicit authorization. In support sessions, the person receiving the connection must always accept it on their machine. You may not use QuantaStream to:
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice if needed to protect other users or the network.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your session content is encrypted and we don't see it.
We strive to keep the service available, but interruptions may happen due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features. For significant changes, we'll try to notify you.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, the price and cycle shown at purchase apply. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments for periods already started are non-refundable.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for backing up your systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantaStream and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental damages or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may close accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your machines become inaccessible and your encrypted credentials are deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the service operator is established. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
